Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts & Commercial Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, sales billing, purchase coordination, vendor management, collections and project cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries, sales and purchase invoices.
- Manage cash, bank, expenses and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, proforma invoices and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, material purchases and deliveries.
- Track customer collections, vendor payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain project-wise expenses, purchases and billing records.
- Assist with GST, TDS and statutory compliances
- Prepare MIS reports,



purchase reports and outstanding statements.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase and project/site teams.
- Maintain proper financial and commercial documentation.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS and basic accounting.
- Experience in billing, purchase and vendor management.
- Knowledge of project costing and commercial operations.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or equivalent.

Preferred Industry Experience

Construction, Modular Construction, Interior Contracting, Real Estate or Manufacturing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
