Job Summary

Fotia Ventures Private Limited is looking for a confident and result-oriented Senior Telecaller Executive with at least 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating qualified leads, explaining property offerings, arranging site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

This position requires both office-based calling activities and field visits for customer meetings and property-related follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on incoming enquiries.
- Explain property details, project features, pricing, and available investment opportunities.
- Identify customer requirements, budget preferences, and property interests.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain an updated database of prospective buyers.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers until the next stage of the sales process.




- Participate in field activities, customer meetings, property visits, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-up schedules, and performance reports.
- Work towards assigned calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good client relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience is mandatory.
- Freshers are strictly not eligible to apply.
- Experience in real estate telecalling or property sales will be preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills are required.
- Must be comfortable with both in-office responsibilities and field work.
- Should have positive follow-up, negotiation, and lead-management skills.
- Must be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Candidates with less than 1 years of experience and freshers should not apply. Applicants must be willing to perform both office-based telecalling and field-related activities.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
