Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to vendors and clients.
- Generate C2C/C2H requirements and interview opportunities.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate candidate submissions.
- Follow up on interviews and placement opportunities.
- Work with Dice, LinkedIn, and vendor networks.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of US IT Bench Sales experience.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of US IT staffing and work authorizations.
- Target-oriented with positive vendor networking skills.
