Availability: Must be available for both online and offline training sessions in Kochi/Kannur.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Aptitude Trainer to deliver effective training in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning for students preparing for placement drives and competitive assessments. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through practical examples and problem-solving techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online and offline training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

Prepare students for aptitude tests conducted during campus placements and recruitment drives.

Cover topics such as percentages, ratios, profit and loss, time and work, time and distance, probability, permutations and combinations, number systems, puzzles, seating arrangements, and analytical reasoning.

Develop practice questions, mock tests,



and assessment materials.

Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Teach shortcuts, time-management techniques, and effective problem-solving strategies.

Adapt training methods according to students’ learning levels and placement requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of experience in aptitude training.

Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

Experience in training students for campus placements and corporate recruitment assessments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Ability to conduct engaging sessions in both online and offline modes.

Must be available to conduct offline sessions in Kochi/ Kannur Kerala, as required.

Engagement Details

Freelance training assignment based on session requirements.

Remuneration: As per experience and mutually agreed terms.
