About NonaGen

NonaGen Lifesciences is an emerging pharmaceutical manufacturing company establishing a greenfield facility near Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The project will include large-volume parenterals (IV fluids) as well as specialised sterile injectables, prefilled syringes and injectable pen devices. We aim to build a modern, GMP-compliant manufacturing facility with the technical capabilities to support future expansion into high-value pharmaceutical products.

We are looking for a hands-on project professional to represent the company's interests throughout construction, machinery installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution, contractors, vendors and labour teams.
- Read and review engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs and technical specifications; identify discrepancies and recommend improvements.
- Oversee machinery installation, process piping, HVAC, cleanrooms, electrical works and utilities.
- Independently scrutinise consultant and contractor work, flag technical inconsistencies and ensure corrective action.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch-list closure and final handover.
- Report progress, risks, delays and cost implications directly to company management.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering; relevant equivalent qualifications may be considered.
- Ideally 12–18 years of experience,



including greenfield industrial projects and machinery installation.
- Pharmaceutical, sterile manufacturing, API or other regulated-facility experience strongly preferred.
- Strong drawing-reading, site-management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- A practical, assertive professional who can manage ground-level execution while confidently challenging consultants and contractors when necessary.

Career Growth

The selected candidate will be groomed for promotion to Plant General Manager upon successful completion, commissioning and operationalisation of the facility, subject to performance and readiness to assume overall plant responsibilities.
