About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize our apparel manufacturing operations. If you have a passion for garment production, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards, we would love to meet you.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities, ensuring timely deliveries, maximizing productivity, and building high-performing production teams. Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day production activities across garment manufacturing units.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
- Monitor production efficiency, line performance, and workforce productivity.
- Oversee cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Develop production schedules based on customer orders and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Track KPIs such as line efficiency, output, rejection rates, downtime, and capacity utilization.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor supervisors, line leaders, and production staff.




- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Manage manpower planning, training, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.

✅ 3-5 years of experience in apparel manufacturing with hands-on experience in garment production management.

✅ Strong understanding of:

- Cutting
- Sewing
- Finishing
- Packing
- Production Planning
- Capacity Management

✅ Knowledge of:

- Line Balancing
- Productivity Improvement Techniques
- Quality Management Systems
- Lean Manufacturing Practices

✅ Proficiency in:

- ERP Systems
- Microsoft Excel & MS Office

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with apparel brands or export-oriented manufacturing units.
- Strong understanding of compliance and quality standards in the apparel industry.
- Ability to analyze production data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
