CnEL India is looking for a motivated fresher with an IT background to join our Business Development team. The candidate will generate business leads, visit government offices across Rajasthan, identify IT-related project opportunities, and help bring government tenders and projects to the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for government IT projects and tender opportunities.
- Visit government offices and departments across Rajasthan to explore business opportunities.
- Communicate with government officials and understand their IT service requirements.
- Identify opportunities related to software, website development, AI and other IT services.
- Build professional relationships with government departments and relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on generated leads and potential project opportunities.




- Coordinate with the internal team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain records of office visits, leads and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Fresher with an IT, Computer Science or related technical background.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Good lead-generation, research and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and visit government offices across Rajasthan.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
