About the Role

Opt-in Digital is looking for a proactive and organised Business Development cum HR Executive to handle client enquiries, sales follow-ups, recruitment and basic HR administration.

The primary focus of this role is business development and client coordination, with additional responsibility for recruitment and day-to-day HR support.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Understand prospective clients’ requirements and explain relevant services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development and YouTube promotion.
- Qualify leads, schedule meetings and follow up consistently with potential clients.
- Prepare and share proposals and quotations using approved pricing and templates.
- Support sales closures and coordinate client onboarding with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate lead records,



conversation notes and follow-up schedules.
- Conduct targeted outreach to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate payment reminders and work towards agreed sales targets.

Recruitment & HR Support

- Post job openings, screen CVs and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate follow-ups.
- Assist with joining formalities, employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records and basic employee information.
- Support routine office administration and team coordination.
- Handle employee, candidate and client information confidentially.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Valuable verbal communication in Hindi and working proficiency in English.
- Confidence in client calling, relationship building and sales follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel, email and online meeting tools.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain timely follow-ups.
