Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Hotel General Manager with up to 2 years of experience in hotel operations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily hotel activities, managing staff, maintaining service quality, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting the overall profitability of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance activities.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with staff and department supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor room bookings, occupancy, and hotel revenue.
- Assist with budget management, cost control, and inventory monitoring.
- Maintain staff schedules, discipline, and performance standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for hotel requirements.




- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports for management.

Required Skills

- Basic financial and inventory management skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management software is an advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- Maximum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong leadership potential may also be considered.
- Willingness to take responsibility and learn hotel management procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts when required.
