About the Role

Are you ready to take your development skills to the next level? We are hiring a Junior Development Engineer to manage tool prove-outs, process planning, and product development in our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead trial runs, tool prove-outs, and fixture setup for sheet metal/frame assemblies.
- Prepare APQP/PPAP documents, including PFD, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
- Resolve technical issues during component development phases.

What We Are Looking For

- Preferred Industry: Press Shop / Sheet Metal / Frame Assembly.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in product development or process engineering.
- Strong understanding of press tools, fixtures, and engineering drawings.
