- Manage and drive sales and booking targets for assigned projects.
- Handle site visits, client negotiations, and deal closures.Lead and monitor the sales team and daily follow-ups.
- Convert leads into bookings and agreements through effective communication.
- Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Accounts, and Pre-Sales teams for smooth closure.Maintain sales pipeline, booking reports, and revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships until final closure.Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure timely follow-up on payments and documentation.
- Report sales performance, challenges, and closure status to management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
