Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented CRM & Customer Acquisition Executive to acquire current customers, manage customer relationships, and improve customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers.
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Manage customer data and maintain CRM records.
Build strong customer relationships and improve retention.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in CRM, sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven approach.
