JOB DESCRIPTION – HP & FLEX PRINTER OPERATOR

Department: Printing & Graphic Design
Experience: 2–6 Years
Qualification: 10th/12th/Any Graduate or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

- Operate HP and Flex Printing Machines as per production requirements.
- Prepare and check print files, dimensions, colours, and media settings.
- Printer Software awareness for printing commands.
- Ensure accurate, high-quality printing with minimum wastage.
- Monitor ink levels, print quality, alignment, and machine performance.
- Handle flex, vinyl, and other printing media properly.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic printing/machine-related issues.




- Maintain production records and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Finishing teams.
- Follow company quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in HP & Flex printing machines.
- Knowledge of printing materials, inks, colours, and print settings.
- Basic computer and printing software knowledge.
- Positive attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work as per production targets and timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
