Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day site execution of architectural and interior projects.

* Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

* Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and measurements.

* Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials, and timelines.

* Read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings.

* Conduct site measurements and verify quantities executed.

* Resolve site-related technical and execution issues.

* Maintain site records, progress reports, and project documentation.

Requirements:

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural/interior/construction projects.

* Strong proficiency in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.

* Positive understanding of architectural and interior execution.

* Ability to read technical and architectural drawings.

* Good communication and site coordination skills.

* AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge preferred.

* Basic Safety Norms at Site

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
