We are looking for an experienced and dynamic High School Coordinator to oversee the academic coordination and day-to-day academic functioning of the High School section. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in High School teaching, lesson planning, teacher training, academic planning, classroom observation, and teacher mentoring.

The candidate will work closely with the Principal and High School teachers to ensure effective curriculum implementation, high-quality lesson delivery, and continuous professional development of teachers.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and monitor the academic functioning of the High School section.

· Develop and monitor yearly, term-wise, and monthly academic plans.

· Guide teachers in preparing effective and structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.

· Review lesson plans and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

· Conduct regular teacher training and professional development sessions.

· Train and mentor teachers on lesson planning, teaching methodologies, classroom management, assessment, and student engagement.

· Conduct classroom observations and provide teachers with professional feedback for improvement.

· Monitor syllabus completion and ensure academic plans are implemented within timelines.





· Coordinate with subject teachers to identify and address academic challenges.

· Monitor student academic performance and support teachers in developing remedial and enrichment strategies.

· Coordinate assessments, examinations, assignments, and academic activities.

· Support teachers in preparing quality question papers and assessment materials.

· Conduct regular academic meetings with teachers and follow up on action points.

· Maintain academic records, lesson plan records, classroom observation reports, and training documentation.

· Promote collaboration, professional development, and a positive academic culture among teachers.

Candidate Requirements

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject.

· B.Ed. is preferred/required.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in High School education.

· Previous experience as a High School Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, HOD, Senior Teacher, or similar academic leadership role is preferred.

· Proven experience in training and mentoring teachers.

· Solid practical experience in High School lesson planning and academic planning.

· Experience in classroom observation and providing teacher feedback.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
