About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to manage student enquiries, provide career guidance, and drive admissions for our professional training programs in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design & Video Editing, Web Development, SEO, AI, and other technology and creative skills.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling, follow-up, and sales skills, with the ability to convert prospective students into enrolled candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding career and skill-development programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and fees.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the training team for student onboarding.
- Participate in seminars, workshops,



and admission counselling activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills

- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Solid counselling, convincing, and sales abilities.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Confident, professional, and student-friendly personality.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and CRM familiarity.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.

Education & Experience

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in admission counselling, education sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer counselling will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Incentives

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Additional incentives are available based on admission conversions and achievement of assigned targets.

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
