Job Description – Maintenance Staff

- Perform routine inspections of the property, rooms, and common areas.
- Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and minor repair works.
- Ensure proper functioning of lights, fans, ACs, water heaters, pumps, and other equipment.
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Attend to guest maintenance complaints and resolve them without unnecessary delay.
- Coordinate with external technicians and vendors for major repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in maintenance areas.
- Monitor water supply, drainage, and electrical systems.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment servicing.
- Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts, and material stock.
- Report material requirements and repair expenses to the reporting manager.
- Follow safety procedures while handling electrical equipment and tools.
- Do not undertake major repairs without management approval.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and skilled conduct.
- Follow all company policies and instructions issued by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
