Job Purpose

To ensure that incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products meet customer drawings, dimensional specifications, and quality standards through effective inspection and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of machined components.
Inspect components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, and Thread Gauges.
Inspect CNC-turned, VMC, HMC, and other precision-machined components.
Verify dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and visual quality requirements.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.




Identify non-conforming parts and segregate rejected components.

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Candidates with relevant experience in precision machining will be preferred.

Experience and Technical Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a machining or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensional tolerances.
Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
