Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Manager specializing in Accounts Receivables and Collections. The candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting healthy cash flow.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounts receivable activities, invoicing, and customer ledger maintenance.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collections.
- Monitor overdue balances and reduce payment ageing.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Track customer payment milestones against project progress.
- Prepare monthly ageing analysis, collection forecasts, and outstanding payment reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and collection trackers.




- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment-related issues.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate accounting, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime or ERP accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage overdue payments professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Location Requirement

Candidates should be based in or able to commute daily to Chinniyampalayam or Sulur, Coimbatore.
