Hotel Receptionist – Hiring

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out

* Handle reservations, guest queries, and phone calls

* Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation

* Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments

* Handle payments and basic billing procedures

* Ensure a pleasant and professional guest experience

Requirements:

* Candidates who have completed or are pursuing a Hotel Management / Hospitality Management course are preferred

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic computer knowledge

* Pleasant personality and professional appearance

* Ability to work in shifts

* Freshers with relevant hotel management qualifications may also apply
