Sirus Migration Education is looking for an experienced and motivated Education Counsellor – Australia & New Zealand to join our growing team in India.

The ideal candidate will have experience in international education counselling, a strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand study pathways, and excellent communication and student-conversion skills.

You will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the overseas education process, from initial counselling and course selection to application processing, enrolment, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
- Provide guidance on course selection, institutions, admission requirements, and study pathways.
- Manage student leads and convert prospective students into enrolments.
- Assist students with application preparation, documentation, and admission processes.
- Follow up with students regularly to ensure timely application progress.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and student interactions.
- Achieve monthly counselling, conversion,



and enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with international education providers and institutional partners.
- Participate in education fairs, promotional events, seminars, and open days.
- Stay updated on Australian and New Zealand education policies, admission requirements, and study opportunities.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Previous experience in international education counselling or study abroad consultancy.
- Knowledge of Australian and Current Zealand education systems and study pathways.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong student counselling, sales, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple student applications and meet deadlines.
- Confidence in interacting with students, parents, and education partners.
- A proactive, target-oriented, and professional approach.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
