3. Undertaking surveys
4. Setting out sites and organizing facilities
5. Supervising contracted staff
6. Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
7. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
8. Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
9. Providing technical advice
10. Problem solving
11. Ordering and negotiating the price of materials
12. Ensuring site safety

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
