WE ARE HIRING | PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PRO)

Hospaccx Healthcare Business Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive, well-organized Public Relations Officer to manage VIP relations, coordinate invitations, and build strong relationships with doctors, hospital management, and key industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify VIPs, doctors, hospital owners, senior management, and other key stakeholders.
- Send invitations to distinguished guests, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders for conferences, meetings, and corporate events.
- Manage VIP guests, including welcoming, hospitality, scheduling, and visit coordination.
- Handle calls, emails, invitations, and follow-ups with clients and important stakeholders.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare leaders and business associates.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and official engagements.




- Maintain contact databases and ensure timely communication with invitees.
- Support public relations, networking, and business development activities.

Who Can Apply?

1. candidates with excellent communication skills

2. Qualified etiquette and strong coordination abilities.

3. Candidates with experience in Public Relations, VIP Management, Event Coordination, Guest Relations, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.

4. Master of Social Work, Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication
