- Meet clients, arrange site visits, and explain property details.
- Negotiate with clients and close property deals in the SOBO (South Mumbai) market.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain client relationships and generate referrals.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reports.
- Real estate sales experience preferred, with a solid understanding of the SOBO market.
