Job Description

Besant Technologies is looking for an experienced and passionate Data Engineering Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom training sessions on Data Engineering concepts and technologies.
- Provide hands-on training with real-time projects and practical examples.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in project development and interview preparation.
- Monitor student performance and provide technical support.
- Complete the course syllabus within the scheduled timeline.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.




- Knowledge of Apache Spark and PySpark.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue.
- Understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Lake concepts.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Airflow, and cloud platforms.
- Good communication and presentation skills.

Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Prior training experience is preferred.
- Must be available for offline training at Velachery, Chennai.
- Flexible weekday or weekend batch availability.
