KEY QUALIFICATIONS

- Professional Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing or plant operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a plant leadership or managerial role.
- Manufacturing Expertise: Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, industrial automation, and maintenance management.
- Operational Excellence: Proven ability to improve productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization.
- Quality & Problem-Solving: Expertise in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous quality improvement.
- Strategic Execution: Experience in production capacity expansion, recent plant establishment, or manufacturing scale-up.
- Leadership & Accountability: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive performance, and foster a culture of ownership and operational discipline.
- Digital Transformation: Capability to implement manufacturing systems, data-driven decision-making, and process digitalization.
- Customer & Delivery Focus: Commitment to product quality, customer satisfaction, and consistent on-time delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead end-to-end plant operations,



ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently and consistently.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Drive production planning, maintenance effectiveness, and optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste, downtime, and operational losses.
- Develop a capable workforce through effective team leadership, performance management, and skill development.
