About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Presales Specialist to connect with potential clients, understand their property requirements, collect relevant information, and coordinate with the respective Residential or Commercial team to ensure effective lead handling and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential clients and understand their property requirements.
- Collect details such as budget, preferred location, property type, and purpose.
- Handle incoming enquiries and follow up with interested clients.
- Share client requirements with the appropriate Residential or Commercial team.
- Provide basic information about available property options and company services.
- Maintain accurate client details and lead records.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and follow-ups.
- Update client information and enquiry status in the company CRM.
- Help the sales team manage and qualify potential leads.

Requirements

- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and qualify leads.
- Strong coordination, listening, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Interest in real estate and customer relationship management.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
