Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce CRM Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, customization, and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, APIs, Platform Events, Salesforce integrations, and performance optimization.

Solid experience in the Retail / Omnichannel / Point-of-Sale (POS) domain is mandatory. The candidate should also have hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with LS Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities : Salesforce Development & Configuration

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Build scalable and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Configure and develop Salesforce Flows and automation solutions.
- Configure Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Record Types, Permission Sets, and other Salesforce platform components.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

Integration & API Development

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs.
- Work with Salesforce Platform Events and event-driven integration patterns.
- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce, LS Central,



and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data synchronization across systems.
- Collaborate with integration and technical teams to support end-to-end business processes.

Performance & Code Quality

- Apply Salesforce bulkification best practices.
- Ensure solutions operate within Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Perform code and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Build scalable solutions capable of supporting enterprise-level transaction volumes.

Testing & Deployment

- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of Salesforce issues.
- Manage Sandbox-to-Production deployments.
- Support release management and deployment activities.
- Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
- Prepare technical documentation and deployment-related artifacts.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development and Configuration experience.

Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must hold both certifications:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI)

Preferred Certifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII)
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Integration Architect

Domain Experience

Retail / Omnichannel / POS experience is mandatory.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of retail technology and business processes, including Point-of-Sale systems, omnichannel customer journeys, retail transactions, inventory/order processes, and integration between CRM and retail platforms.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer who can independently handle Salesforce development, configuration, integrations, performance optimization, testing, and production deployments.

Candidates with proven experience in Retail/Omnichannel/POS environments, LS Central, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integrations, along with the mandatory Salesforce certifications, will be strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
