Role Overview

We are seeking smart, proactive, and confident individuals to join as Academic Counsellor . This role provides a gateway to a career in student counselling, admissions, and EdTech management.

You will gain hands-on experience in counselling students, guiding them through academic choices, and contributing to the growth of the academy.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to explain courses.




- Understand student career goals and recommend suitable cybersecurity training programs.
- Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and support students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
- Actively participate in team discussions and provide feedback for process improvement.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers / Final-year students / Career starters are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
- Smart, confident, and approachable personality.
- Ability to understand student needs and explain solutions clearly.
- Basic computer skills and eagerness to learn.
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to results.

Compensation

- Salary: Fixed salary plus Performance-based incentives
- Potential Earnings: ₹1,02,000 – ₹3,00,000 per year (based on performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹102,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
