Key Responsibilities

1. Statutory & Internal Audit

Execute end-to-end audit procedures, including voucher verification, bank reconciliations, and physical stock verification.

Maintain organized, comprehensive audit workpapers and ensure audit trails are fully documented.

Liaise with internal and external audit teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

2. Tax Compliance & Filing

Prepare, verify, and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9).

Compute and manage TDS and TCS liabilities, including timely deposit and return filings.

Support the preparation and submission of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and related documentation.

3. Accounting, Bookkeeping & Monthly Closure

Maintain accurate digital books of accounts using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or SAP in full compliance with applicable Accounting Standards.

Manage end-to-end Monthly Closing processes, ensuring proper accruals, prepayments, and account reconciliations.

Maintain up-to-date KYC and compliance documentation across all client/vendor profiles.

4. Financial Reporting, Costing & MIS

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L; Statement).

Develop, analyze,



and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to senior leadership.

Assist in Costing, Budgeting, variance analysis, and cash-flow tracking.

5. Stakeholder & Client Liaison

Coordinate directly with client accounting teams to collect necessary data, clarify entries, and resolve accounting issues promptly.

Key Candidate Criteria:

Core Capabilities: End-to-end Audit Execution, GST Filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9), TDS/TCS, Income Tax Returns, and MIS preparation.

Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or SAP is mandatory.

Experience Level: 2 to 5 years

Target Qualifications: CA Inter / CMA Inter / B.Com / M.Com with solid practical knowledge.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
