We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Consultant with hands-on experience in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) travel process. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international airline reservations, ticketing, fare rules, and customer service, along with practical experience using the Amadeus GDS system.

The candidate will be responsible for handling international flight bookings, managing complex travel requirements, providing suitable flight options, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries related to international flight bookings, particularly for Australia and New Zealand routes.
- Manage end-to-end airline reservations and ticketing using the Amadeus GDS system.
- Create and manage PNRs, issue tickets, and process booking modifications accurately.
- Handle ticket reissues, revalidations, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes as per airline policies.
- Provide suitable flight options based on customer requirements, availability, fare rules, and budget.
- Maintain a strong understanding of international airfare calculations, taxes, penalties, baggage allowances, and fare conditions.
- Handle schedule changes, flight disruptions, and other travel-related issues efficiently.
- Resolve complex customer queries and escalations within the defined turnaround time.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve booking and ticketing issues.
- Ensure accuracy in reservations, ticket issuance, documentation, and customer communication.
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, international travel requirements, and industry practices.
- Support junior team members in resolving complex ticketing issues whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of bookings and ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements





- 3–6 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in international travel consulting or airline ticketing.
- Previous experience handling Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) travel processes is required.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of international airline reservations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, cancellations, and fare rules.
- Experience in PNR creation, fare quotation, itinerary management, and ticketing procedures.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex travel requirements and customer escalations independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, as per process requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
