Core Responsibilities

- Advanced Diagnostics: Troubleshoot hard-to-solve engine, transmission, fuel injection, braking, suspension, and ECU-controlled electrical issues using specialized scan tools.
- Quality & Final Inspection: Conduct rigorous post-repair quality checks and road tests to ensure zero repeat failures before handing the vehicle back to the customer.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, train, and support junior mechanics, apprentices, and ITI trainees on the shop floor.
- Workflow Coordination: Coordinate with Service Advisors and parts procurement teams to keep repair turnaround times on schedule.
- Standard Compliance: Enforce brand service standards, safety regulations, and proper upkeep of workshop tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) or Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade.




- Experience: Generally 1 to 5 years (or higher depending on brand scale) of hands-on experience in two-wheeler service centers.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of modern motorcycles, scooters, electric vehicle (EV) systems, carburetors, fuel-injection systems, and wiring diagrams.
- Licenses: A valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving under pressure, team communication, and basic digital record-keeping for service logs

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
