Job Summary

Golden Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer – Civil to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong site execution experience, good technical knowledge, effective coordination skills, and the ability to manage site activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and other project team members.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress at the site.
- Ensure proper execution of civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other related works.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship and ensure compliance with required standards.
- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and service drawings.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and material requirements.




- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and management regarding site progress, requirements, and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping at the construction site.

Candidate Profile

- DCE / Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential or real estate construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of drawings, measurements, quantities, and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise contractors and workers effectively.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and capable of handling site activities independently.
- Candidates with experience in residential building construction will be preferred.
