We are looking for a skilled #MIS Executive with strong experience in MIS development, reporting automation, data analysis, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining MIS reports, automating repetitive reporting processes, managing large datasets, and providing actionable business insights. The candidate will be responsible for developing customized MIS reports and dashboards as per business requirements and working closely with various departments to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities -

Develop, maintain, and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per business requirements.Design and develop automated MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Create and maintain Excel-based MIS tools, templates, dashboards, and automated reporting systems.

Use advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/Macros, or other relevant tools for report development and automation.

Develop and maintain SQL queries for extracting and analyzing data from databases.





Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and reduce turnaround time.

Prepare management dashboards covering KPIs, productivity, sales, operations, performance, and other business metrics.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all MIS reports.

Analyze trends, variances, and performance indicators and highlight key findings to management.

Work with business and operations teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective MIS solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues. Maintain proper documentation of reports, data sources, formulas, processes, and automation logic.

Required Technical Skills

Advanced MS Excel – mandatory..Knowledge of VBA/Macros for report automation will be an advantage.

Positive working knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

Experience in developing MIS dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
