We are hiring for an Academic Associate (Counsellor) - India's Higher Education Startup Company.

Job description

1. Take telephonic and face-to-face student inquiries, present them with course details, and guide them to understand the course structure.

2. Maintain the tracker of students’ inquiries.

3. Make follow-up calls on leads.

4. Manage the enrolment process.

5. Making Weekly/ monthly reports.

6. Face-to-face counselling

Qualification - +2 and above

Experience- 0 year to 2 years

Working days - 6 days working

Shift timing - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (IST)

Job Role - On Qeinntek Solutions Payroll

Salary - INR 300,000 to 500,000 per annum
