The Role: Run on-ground operations, elevate customer experience, and handle retail execution in a high-energy startup!

What You’ll Do:

Store Upkeep: Keep the store organized, audit-ready, and secure.

Stock & Merchandising: Track inventory, manage displays, and coordinate replenishments.

Customer Delight: Greet shoppers and solve queries on the spot.

Reporting: Log daily sales and footfall via Excel / Google Sheets.

What We Need:

1+ years in retail/store operations.

College graduates with excellent communication skills are also warmly encouraged to apply!

Clear, confident English communication.





Basic comfort with MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-first.
