Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented freshers for the position of Quality Assurance & Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, logical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn software testing and customer support processes.

The selected candidate will work with QA and development teams to test software applications, identify issues, maintain quality standards, and assist customers with their queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform software testing and quality checks to identify bugs and defects.
- Verify application functionality against the given requirements.
- Prepare test scenarios, document test results, and maintain testing records.
- Report, track, and follow up on bugs until they are resolved.
- Coordinate with development and support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related questions.
- Maintain QA reports, support records, and other required documentation.
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Test application updates and verify changes after deployment.
- Follow company processes,

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E./B.Tech (any stream), BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), or an equivalent qualification.
- Candidates must have prior internship experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic understanding of software applications and testing concepts.
- Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team.
- Must be comfortable working permanent night shifts after probation.

Work Schedule and Probation

- Working days: 5 days per week.
- Probation period: 6 months.
- During probation, the work location will be the office in Indore.
- Training and evaluation during probation will take place in the day shift, typically from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
- The 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays will be working during probation.
- After successful completion of probation, eligible employees will transition to a permanent Work from Home setup.
- The post-probation shift will typically be from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, subject to business and project requirements.
- Candidates must have their own laptop during probation and a reliable internet connection for remote work.

Training and Learning

- A structured 2-week training program will be provided.
- Candidates will receive practical exposure to software testing, QA processes, and customer support.
- Opportunities to learn automation testing tools and industry-standard frameworks will be available.




- Candidates are expected to learn quickly and handle assigned responsibilities with appropriate guidance after training.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly stipend during probation: ₹8,000–₹10,000, based on performance and learning progress.
- Potential compensation revision to ₹15,000–₹20,000 CTC per month, depending on performance, technical proficiency, communication skills, and business requirements.

Employment Terms

- A 2-year service agreement applies.
- A ₹1.5 lakh refundable security deposit cheque is required under the agreement and is returned after completion of the agreement period, subject to the applicable terms.
- Candidates must attend a face-to-face interview at the company's Indore office. Virtual interview rounds will not be conducted.
