- Make outbound calls to prospective property owners and tenants.
- Generate and qualify leads for rental, leasing, Corporate-leasing and flat promotion services.
- Explain Happy Roof’s services and available property options clearly to customers.
- Follow up regularly with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, requirements, follow-ups and outcomes.
- Coordinate with the Field Executive / Property Management team for property availability and updates.
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with tenants, owners and the field team.
- Attractive incentive & Bonus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
