Core Job Responsibilities

- Shift Management & Operations:
- Oversee and manage the entire manufacturing process and shift activities during assigned operational hours.
- Coordinate overall floor activities and lead a large workforce (often 100+ workers per shift).
- Meet daily and shift-wise production volume and quality targets.
- Planning & Monitoring:
- Plan daily process schedules and align manpower deployment (including managing leave coverages).
- Monitor raw material stock levels on the shop floor and coordinate with the purchase department at reorder points.
- Track inward production, internal audits, and bar-coding processes.
- Machine & Quality Inspection:
- Conduct daily checks and inspections of machinery, molds, and materials.
- Ensure optimal equipment functionality and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime.




- Monitor product quality and chemical-mix/compound parameters.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports, chemical/compound reports, and statutory/shift logs.
- Enter shift data into record systems and document maintenance or safety observations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / DME).
- Key Skills:0 to 1 year experience in Shop-floor production control, team and labor management, basic troubleshooting, machinery inspection, and shift reporting

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
