Job Summary

Golden Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, confident, and professionally presentable Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing activities, generating and following up on leads, coordinating with customers and internal teams, promoting real estate projects, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have fluent and impressive communication skills in English, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build professional relationships with prospective customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market the company's residential real estate projects.
- Generate new leads through various online and offline marketing channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to support lead conversion.
- Arrange and coordinate customer meetings and project/site visits.
- Present project features, specifications, location advantages, pricing, and other relevant details to prospective customers.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases and customer records.




- Conduct follow-ups with existing and prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, channel partners, and other external agencies whenever required.
- Support promotional activities, exhibitions, events, property launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and collect relevant market information.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, customer follow-ups, site visits, and marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely response to customer requirements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and promptly.
- Perform other marketing and business-development activities assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

- Any recognized College Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Real Estate / Property Marketing / Sales will be preferred.
- Fluent and impressive communication skills in English are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional approach when interacting with customers.
- Positive negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and WhatsApp communication.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with the team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and attend customer meetings and marketing events when required.
