Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate to test and support our ERP/POS application. The candidate should check software features, find bugs, report issues clearly, and support clients during software usage.

Responsibilities:

- Test ERP/POS software modules
- Check billing, inventory, sales, purchase, accounts, reports
- Report bugs with screenshots and explicit explanation
- Coordinate with development team
- Support customers through phone, WhatsApp, or remote access
- Verify updates before release
- Prepare simple testing reports

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- ERP/POS software knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to learn quickly
- English required; Arabic is an advantage
- Indian/Kerala candidates preferred

0–2 years
