We are Seeking experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors/ Billing Engineers to join our project execution team for high end Interior fit-out works for five-star luxury hotels. The role demands a deep understanding of interior execution, strong billing acumen, and the ability to manage commercial documentation efficiently across multiple projects sites in india. This is a high-accountability filed role where the incumbent will be the primary commercial custodian on site, interfacing with clients, PMC teams and internal Project Leads.

Key Responsibilties:-
1) Minimum 2 years of direct experience in an interior contracting company executing hospitality projects (5-star hotels, resorts) in the capacity of billing Engineer or QS.
2)



Minimum 5 years of total work experience in the construction / interior fit-out industry.
3) Proficiency in AutoCAD of quantity taken-off form GFC drawings.
4) Willingness to travel and be stationed pan-india on project sites as required
5) Robust working knowledge of MS Excel for BOQ preparation and reconciliation.
6) Experience in client-facing bill submission and certification processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
