About the Role and Preferred experience

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Associate – Home to manage and strengthen

quality assurance processes across the product lifecycle. Requisite experience would be

8~10years and last 2~3 years should consist of managing large format factories and

production.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Execution

 Manage quality assurance activities across the full product lifecycle, from Line

Review to Final shipment.

 Conduct and oversee line reviews, in-line inspections, final random inspections,

and sample evaluations.

 Monitor production quality and identify risks at various stages of the manufacturing

process.

 Ensure products meet approved specifications, workmanship standards, and

customer requirements.Inspection and Quality Decisions

 Clear understanding of AQL standards and internal quality protocols.

 Conduct line reviews, Inline and Final Inspections.

 Review inspection findings and take informed decisions on product acceptability.

 Sign o on SRA’s as per Inspection outcomes and company process.

Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)





 Drive root-cause analysis through the production life cycle and implement RCA,

CAPA as continuous improvement.

 Ensure key stakeholders have buy-in’s.

Testing and Technical Coordination

 Transparent understanding of Testing and Protocols by market would be helpful.

 Support compliance with customer, technical, and product performance

requirements.

Quality Function Development

 Contribute to better quality systems, reporting discipline, and preventive quality

controls.

 Help drive a proactive quality culture focused on issue prevention, accountability,

and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

Experience

 10~12years experience in Quality Assurance for Home products

 Experience in buying house, or related sourcing/quality setups

 Experience in Soft Home preferred and ability to work across both Soft Home and

Hard Home categories

 Strong sense of ownership and accountability

 Good communication and stakeholder managementPreferred Candidate Fit

This role is best suited for a quality professional who combines strong process ownership

with practical factory understanding, and who can add value beyond inspection by helping

improve quality systems, factory discipline, and execution consistency across the supply base

Pay: ₹660,000.00 - ₹780,000.00 per year
