Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to train students in communication, professional etiquette, interpersonal skills, and workplace readiness. The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging young learners through interactive training sessions and practical activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct soft skills training sessions for students.
- Improve students’ verbal and written communication skills.
- Train students in interview preparation, group discussions, presentation skills, and public speaking.
- Provide training on personality development, confidence building, teamwork, leadership, and skilled etiquette.
- Conduct mock interviews and group activities to improve employability.
- Prepare training materials, activities, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.




- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to improve students’ career readiness.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and student performance reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in soft skills training, communication training, or personality development.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- A modern, interactive teaching approach suitable for young students.
- Experience in EdTech, educational institutions, or placement training is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
