About Syndicate Services

Syndicate Services is an authorized sales and marketing agency working with the Nagpur Housing and Area Development Board (MHADA) for the marketing and sale of residential flats.

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Executives to help customers explore and purchase MHADA residential flats.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and market MHADA residential flats in Nagpur.
- Generate leads through field marketing, telephone calls, social media, and referrals.
- Explain property details, pricing, eligibility, and booking procedures to prospective buyers.
- Arrange site visits and follow up with interested customers.
- Convert customer enquiries into successful flat bookings.
- Assist customers with application forms, documentation, and home-loan coordination.
- Conduct marketing activities in residential areas, offices,



and corporate establishments.
- Maintain customer follow-up records and achieve sales targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; real estate or sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing and site visits.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to achieve targets.
