Hiring: QC Engineer – Civil (Industrial / Warehouse Projects)

Location: Chakan, Pune

Payroll: GEM Engserv Pvt. Ltd.

Project: Warehouse / Godown – Industrial Construction

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction quality control

Key Responsibilities:-

Monitor and supervise quality activities for industrial and warehouse construction projects.

Must have hands-on experience in PEB structures and end-to-end structural quality inspection.

Mandatory experience in FM2 flooring, VDF flooring and granite flooring.

Conduct PEP inspections, quality audits, inspections and compliance checks as per project specifications.

Inspect structural works, flooring activities, workmanship and construction materials.

Ensure adherence to approved drawings, method statements, ITPs and quality standards.

Identify non-conformities,



coordinate corrective actions and maintain quality inspection reports.

Coordinate with contractors and project teams to ensure quality compliance throughout execution.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant construction QC experience.

Solid hands-on exposure to PEB structures, industrial/warehouse projects and specialised flooring works.

Practical knowledge of end-to-end structural inspections, PEP inspections and quality auditing.
