Senior Merchandiser

Location: Tirupur | Experience: 3–5 Years | Industry: Apparel

We are looking for a Senior Merchandiser to manage and grow relationships with organized/value retail customers and take end-to-end ownership of orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage buyer communication, costing, sampling and order execution.
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, quality, packing and dispatch teams.
- Own TNA, production follow-up and on-time shipment (OTIF).
- Identify execution risks and proactively resolve delays.
- Ensure orders meet agreed quality, costing and delivery timelines.
- Drive repeat business and strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in apparel merchandising.
- Experience with organized/value retail preferred.
- Strong knowledge of garment costing, production and quality.




- Excellent communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Robust ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.

We are looking for someone who doesn't just communicate orders, but owns them from buyer requirement to final shipment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
