We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and responsible Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients and ensure smooth functioning of the assigned ward/department. The candidate should be patient-focused, clinically competent, and capable of working effectively in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, clinical condition, intake/output, and other relevant observations.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any change in their condition to the concerned doctor/senior nurse.
- Maintain proper medication and treatment schedules.
- Ensure proper handover/takeover of patients and important clinical information during shift changes.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and use of PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper patient care standards in the assigned area.




- Ensure proper handling and disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital protocols.
- Maintain and check nursing equipment, emergency medicines, and necessary supplies.
- Assist in maintaining emergency trolley/crash cart as per hospital policy.
- Provide proper guidance and support to patients and their attendants regarding routine care.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient-safety guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and other departments.
- Perform any other nursing-related duties assigned by the Nursing In-Charge or Management.

Qualification

- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the respective State Nursing Council.
- Candidates with relevant hospital experience will be preferred.

Experience

- 6 months – 5 years of relevant hospital experience.

Pay: From ₹17,500.00 per month
