We are seeking an experienced Workday Implementer – Security Administrator to manage and maintain Workday security configurations, access controls, tenant administration, and security governance. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Workday security administration, the ability to define security strategies, and the required certification for Implementer role access

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Workday security groups, security domains, and business process security policies.
- Design, implement, and maintain role-based security models aligned with business requirements.
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, security roles, and access assignments.
- Investigate and resolve security-related issues and access requests.
- Perform periodic security audits and user access reviews.
- Define, own, and maintain the overall Workday security strategy and governance framework.
- Establish processes to maintain security across the Workday platform over time.
- Set up new Workday tenants and execute bulk security configuration updates.
- Translate business requirements into secure and scalable Workday solutions.
- Provide guidance on Workday security standards and best practices.
- Support Workday system release management and assess security-related changes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams.




- Ensure security configurations align with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant Workday Security Administration experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday security groups, domains, and business process security policies.
- Experience designing and implementing role-based security models.
- Expertise in user access management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and security troubleshooting.
- Experience with Workday tenant setup and bulk security updates.
- Ability to define and manage Workday security strategy and governance.
- Strong understanding of Workday system release management.
- Workday Pro Security Certification or an equivalent certification necessary to obtain Implementer role access in Workday is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday HCM Certification, particularly for administrators supporting Core HCM.
- Completion of Workday Security Fundamentals training.
- Knowledge of organizational development, leadership development, and talent management best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Compliance, and Audit.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
