Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Admission & Student Counselling Executive to handle student enquiries, provide course guidance, follow up with prospective students, and convert leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students based on their educational background and career goals.
- Follow up with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert prospective leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and institute visits.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up records, and admission status in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the training and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Build positive relationships with students and provide skilled guidance throughout the admission process.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Any degree is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, telecalling, inside sales, or the EdTech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and WhatsApp communication skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-driven approach.
